Returns & Exchanges
You have 7 calendar days to return or an exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you have requested for your item to be exchanged, we will process the exchange upon receipt of your original purchase. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. (This is applicable to 425 Apparel RETAIL SALES/MERCHANDISE ONLY, CUSTOM DECORATED CUSTOMER ORDERS DO NOT QUALIFY!)
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). (This is applicable to 425 Apparel RETAIL SALES/MERCHANDISE ONLY, CUSTOM DECORATED CUSTOMER ORDERS DO NOT QUALIFY!)
Timeframe
It can take up to 10 business days to process all returns and exchanges. Please note, it may take 5-10 business days for your return to arrive at our returns facility before it can be processed. Upon processing your return or exchange, you will receive an email confirming we have issued your refund or shipped out your exchange. It can take an additional 3-5 business days for your refund to post depending on your financial institution.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your items. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of your original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
